인증 상태 조회
인증 한 건의 상태를 조회합니다.
만료는 조회 시점에 판정해 반영하므로, ttlSeconds 가 지난 건은 이 호출에서 expired
로 바뀝니다.
pending 이 아니면 instruction 은 null 입니다 — 쓸 수 없는 안내를 계속 보여 주지
않습니다.
